Hi, I'm Chantelle, your virtual personal trainer. I'm a fit Mom of 2 and a bubble of energy who delivers effective, encouraging and scalable fitness classes. After developing postpartum anxiety in 2012, I discovered the power of exercise and the positive change fitness had on my mental health. I wanted to share the gift of movement with other moms who were struggling, so in 2014 I became a Certified Personal Trainer and have been leading transformative classes ever since. I own a yoga & fitness studio in Sherwood Park, and teach classes in Fort McMurray, and I love delivering accessible classes virtually !! Breathe Move Sweat was born in early 2020 when gyms all across the world down. I knew my clients needed me, and I needed my clients !! We've been sweating together virtually ever since.
I'm a huge advocate for cultivating a healthy relationship with food & exercise, I believe our bodies should be celebrated and it's never too late to get started on working-on-working out. Your best is always enough around here and I will push you forward while honouring and respecting your self. Exercise is a blessing, not a chore & it’s always my goal for you to leave a session feeling better than when you came in… We’re here to be active, fit and mobile for life !!
Oh, and I also love fish tacos, Costco sized Miss Vickies washed down with green juice, live music, sports of all kinds, homeade guac and beach volleyball. When I'm not teaching kickass classes, you can find me riding my bike in the beautiful forests of Northern Alberta, Canada, hanging with my husband, daughters and Australian Shepherd... Or cooking with wine in my kitchen. Sometimes I even add it to the food :P Can't wait to see you on the screen !!
